What you will do
- Develop and execute install base marketing strategies to drive feature adoption and usage depth.
- Create adoption-focused content including in-app messaging and email campaigns.
- Equip customer success teams with playbooks and battlecards for value-focused conversations.
- Define and track adoption metrics in collaboration with data and analytics teams.
- Map customer onboarding journeys and coordinate content for admins, reps, and GTM leaders.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to identify expansion signals and support renewal outcomes.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or customer marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to translate product capabilities into customer-facing value narratives.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and streamline workflows.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing product usage data to inform positioning and prioritization.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional program management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales engagement or revenue intelligence platforms like , Salesloft, or Gong.
- Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) motions or in-app messaging tools like Pendo or Amplitude.
- Background in partnering with Customer Success and Professional Services teams.
