What you will do

  • Develop and execute install base marketing strategies to drive feature adoption and usage depth.
  • Create adoption-focused content including in-app messaging and email campaigns.
  • Equip customer success teams with playbooks and battlecards for value-focused conversations.
  • Define and track adoption metrics in collaboration with data and analytics teams.
  • Map customer onboarding journeys and coordinate content for admins, reps, and GTM leaders.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to identify expansion signals and support renewal outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or customer marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to translate product capabilities into customer-facing value narratives.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and streamline workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing product usage data to inform positioning and prioritization.
  • Excellent written communication and cross-functional program management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales engagement or revenue intelligence platforms like hirify.global, Salesloft, or Gong.
  • Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) motions or in-app messaging tools like Pendo or Amplitude.
  • Background in partnering with Customer Success and Professional Services teams.
