TL;DR

Growth Lead (Logistics): Owning pipeline goals across all channels with an accent on paid media, out-of-home, field marketing, and email marketing. Focus on building a repeatable, compounding pipeline engine and scaling acquisition models to drive growth for an AI-powered logistics platform.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York City office.

Salary: $135,000–$225,000

What you will do

  • Own pipeline targets and build end-to-end tracking and attribution systems.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Design and measure out-of-home and field marketing strategies, including industry conferences and roadshows.
  • Build and manage email and lifecycle nurture programs to convert and re-engage demand.
  • Design and execute a high volume of growth experiments to validate and scale new channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations to lead critical growth projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, field marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency with GTM and marketing execution tools like HubSpot, Clay, or similar.
  • Must be comfortable working in-office 5 days a week in San Francisco or New York City.
  • Bias for action, urgency, and ability to ship scrappy versions to learn fast.
