What you will do

• Own Workday HCM business process design, configuration requirements, and change management in partnership with HR and IT Systems.
• Own Workday population data integrity by defining data quality standards, running audits, and closing gaps impacting Payroll, Total Rewards, and People Business Partners.
• Own SOX compliance readiness for People Operations, including audit preparation, evidence pulls, and control documentation.
• Build reporting and analytics for Global People Operations to provide leadership clean, reliable data for decisions.
• Operationalize policies and configure benefits administration in Workday (acknowledgments, document management, enrollment, life events, and carrier feeds).
• Identify manual work across People Operations and design automation, process redesign, or system configuration to eliminate it.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS with deep hands-on Workday HCM expertise.
• Recognized as a go-to Workday expert: troubleshoot configuration issues and translate ambiguous operational needs into system requirements.
• SOX or audit-readiness experience, including owning or meaningfully contributing to compliance audit preparation and control/evidence documentation.
• Demonstrated systems redesign experience: redesign end-to-end broken or ad hoc processes, not just patch transactions.
• Strong data integrity and reporting/analytics fluency with a high standard for data accuracy.
• High proficiency with Google Suite products and Slack.
