What you will do

• Act as the dedicated finance partner for GTM leadership to provide data-driven guidance on investments and resource allocation.
• Own the annual operating plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and the topline capacity model for net new ARR.
• Manage the commissions process, including modeling, calculation, and design of new compensation plan structures.
• Track and analyze SaaS unit economics such as CAC, LTV, payback period, and sales productivity.
• Drive the adoption of EPM tools like Adaptive Insights and implement AI-powered automation in finance workflows.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in GTM FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking within SaaS or high-growth B2B tech.
• Expert proficiency in complex financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics including ARR, ACV, NRR, and pipeline velocity.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM reporting and ideally Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
