What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, and social selling) to generate leads in the primary care sector.
  • Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing fit for hirify.global’s value-based care model.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate prospecting records in the CRM and outreach.io.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation.
  • Stay current on industry trends and hirify.global solutions to communicate value propositions effectively.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field.
  • Location: Must be comfortable working remotely/work from home across US time zones.
