What you will do

• Establish and maintain a high bar for storytelling, design, writing, relevance, and overall creative quality across growth outputs.
• Translate business goals, audience insights, and performance learnings into clear creative direction and breakthrough ideas.
• Develop concepts and narratives that scale globally while staying culturally relevant to local audiences.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to shape briefs, identify opportunities, and define creative approaches balancing experimentation and brand integrity.
• Direct and steer external agencies with feedback to ensure craft, effectiveness, and originality meet OpenAI standards.
• Evolve creative processes and frameworks, and use testing and audience behavior patterns to inform future creative decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative roles, including leading multidisciplinary work across social, growth, and/or integrated marketing.
• Strong creative generalist capability: comfortable shaping strategy, developing concepts, directing agencies, and refining execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in social-first creative and how ideas translate across platforms and evolving audience behaviors.
• Ability to use data, testing, and audience insights to sharpen creative thinking without losing intuition.
• Experience working with and directing agencies, with a track record of getting strong outcomes from external partners.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where speed is not traded off against quality.
