What you will do

• Lead and scale the internal IT support function, managing day-to-day support delivery and team performance.
• Own support operations by managing ticketing workflows, SLA management, and escalation handling to maintain high user experience quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with Security, Systems Engineering, and People Ops to align IT support operations with broader infrastructure and security strategy.
• Improve operational maturity by driving process, tooling, and automation enhancements within IT support.
• Oversee administration and support of core IT systems including Okta, Jamf, Intune, Freshservice, and Google Workspace/M365.
• Build documentation, playbooks, and repeatable operational processes to support scalable service delivery.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or internal infrastructure roles, preferably in cloud-native or high-growth environments.
• 1–3 years of experience managing or leading IT support teams.
• Strong experience with IT support operations including ticketing systems, SLA management, and escalation handling.
• Experience administering or working with core IT systems: Okta, Jamf, Intune, Freshservice, and Google Workspace/M365.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management, endpoint management, and security best practices (MFA, device compliance, EDR).
• Ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
