What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution for IT operations, systems, and network engineering.
• Manage A/V, conference room, and live production technology for internal broadcasts and events.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of managers and senior engineers.
• Set service-level standards for global IT uptime and employee experience.
• Drive technical roadmaps for identity lifecycle, zero-trust networking, and high-availability infrastructure.
• Partner with Security to ensure compliance with SOC 2 and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or systems/network engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience leading teams, including managing managers or senior ICs.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Okta, JAMF/MDM, Google Workspace, and enterprise networking.
• Proven track record of scaling IT infrastructure in high-growth, multi-office environments.
• Strong security-first mindset with experience in SOC 2, SSO/SCIM, and data protection.
• Must be based in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience overseeing A/V, conference room, or live event production technology.
• Background supporting security-conscious or regulated environments like legal, fintech, or healthcare.
