What you will do

• Create, maintain, and distribute program schedules and revisions for MS NOW and FAST channels.
• Manage metadata for original series in internal systems and with external partners like Gracenote.
• Publish daily episodes to digital platforms, TVE, and VOD services.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot publishing delays.
• Coordinate with Global Media Operations, producers, Marketing, and PR teams.
• Support CNBC initiatives and perform ad hoc tasks like ratings research and presentation creation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in television planning, particularly live programming.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime during breaking news, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office weekly as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail.
