What you will do

• Lead HR, culture, and employee experience projects from intake through execution, ensuring clear scope, milestones, owners, risks, decisions, and success measures.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, Internal Communications, Events, People Analytics, Talent, Compensation, and business partners.
• Keep work moving by tracking dependencies, surfacing risks early, solving problems, and holding teams accountable to commitments.
• Prepare executive-ready materials, including project updates, decision documents, presentations, and concise summaries for leadership action.
• Support change management with communications, leadership materials, rollout plans, and feedback loops.
• Operationalize key programs/workstreams end to end, including initiatives tied to onboarding, recognition, engagement, and culture-building events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, consulting, or HR-related project delivery.
• Strong project management discipline: scoping, planning, governance, milestone tracking, risk management, stakeholder management, and execution.
• Proven ability to drive work forward in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex information into clear updates and actionable next steps.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and project tracking tools.
• Comfort working in HR, culture, talent, employee experience, or organizational initiatives (HR experience helpful, PM capability essential).
