What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Comala Document Management.
• Design core compliance features including approval workflows, electronic signatures, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with engineering to leverage Atlassian APIs like Forge and Connect.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, frictionless user experiences.
• Analyze marketplace metrics and customer feedback to drive feature prioritization and adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Proven product management experience within the Atlassian ecosystem or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of document lifecycles, approval routing, and version control.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on cloud architecture and integrations.
• Experience designing intuitive UI/UX for complex, multi-step processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with building software for regulated industries (ISO 9001, FDA, SOC2).
• Experience with Atlassian Forge or Connect development.
