Senior Product Manager - Agent Blueprints (AI)

What you will do

• Turn product expertise into packaged, plug-and-play AI skills that enterprise agents can use.
• Define skill packaging, delivery models, and go-to-market plans with product teams.
• Validate demand for a skills management layer covering version history, ownership, and agent visibility.
• Evaluate hirify.global-hosted endpoint delivery, including data residency, compliance, and usage-based cost implications.
• Test and refine pricing and packaging for a usage-based SaaS business model.
• Provide clear policy requirements to the governance team without duplicating policy-engine work.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience taking products from 0 to 1 and owning the business case.
• Experience with usage-based or hosted SaaS pricing where infrastructure costs do not map directly to seat count.
• Experience defining delivery architecture and evaluating compliance tradeoffs.
• Strong ability to scope products ruthlessly and ship the smallest version that proves demand.
• Ability to work remotely from Poland.

Nice to have

• Marketplace, ecosystem, or platform business model experience, such as Atlassian Marketplace or developer platforms.
• Familiarity with AI agent standards or skill and plugin formats.
• Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem or a comparable enterprise software ecosystem.
