Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina. Flexible hybrid schedule: one day per week onsite and four days remote.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Co-sell & Benefits area across the Tackle Platform and Salesforce integration.
• Build and launch customer-facing products that help customers access value from partner and cloud ecosystems.
• Research customer, stakeholder, and partner needs and translate workflows and pain points into product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver features and improvements.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, and measure impact.
• Balance immediate customer and business needs with long-term platform scalability, reliability, and health.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning and shipping customer-facing products.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and with hyperscalers or cloud ecosystems.
• Experience gathering customer feedback, validating assumptions, and solving real customer problems.
• Ability to partner with engineering and design to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements and shipped solutions.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, communication, and execution skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
