Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform with AI Focus (m/f/d) (AI)

Location: Remote in Poland, with the option to combine remote work with on-site collaboration at the Warsaw office.

Salary: PLN 24,000–28,000 gross per month under a Polish employment contract (UoP).

What you will do

• Own a product area from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
• Shape the roadmap and prioritize initiatives using customer needs, data, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work with Engineering to turn complex challenges into valuable SaaS solutions.
• Lead customer discovery and use insights and KPIs to guide decisions and measure impact.
• Use AI to improve and accelerate day-to-day product work.
• Lead initiatives across multiple areas and teams while collaborating with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience independently owning complex product areas.
• Hands-on experience using AI in day-to-day work.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies.
• English at minimum C1 level required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents, workflows, or automations.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, or similar business software.
