Senior Product Manager (iGaming)

hirify.global is an international product company building a sportsbook platform for the iGaming industry.

What you will do

• Own the backlog and roadmap for a sportsbook product area.
• Translate business goals into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives by business impact, customer value, and technical complexity.
• Drive feature delivery from discovery through release and post-launch evaluation.
• Identify and improve product-team processes, operational workflows, reporting, and ways of working.
• Coordinate with Risk, Operations, Design, Analytics, Engineering, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in digital products.
• Experience with Sportsbook, Betting, or iGaming products and understanding of sportsbook mechanics, odds, betting flows, or player behavior.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, backlog management, and requirements definition.
• Ability to drive process adoption, prioritize independently, solve problems, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google, and Slack.
• Strong written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools.
• Technical understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Experience with high-load or real-time systems.
• Knowledge of B2B/B2C sportsbook approaches.
• Practical experience using AI tools for product or process workflows.
