Manager - Restaurant Technology Vendor Management

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, Ohio; at least 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $105,000–$184,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 20%.

What you will do

• Define, develop, and implement processes for onboarding, measuring, assessing, and offboarding restaurant technology vendors.
• Manage complex IT contracts, statements of work, RFPs, vendor escalations, quarterly business reviews, scorecards, and performance improvement plans.
• Drive the restaurant technology hardware lifecycle, including end-of-life planning, specifications, sourcing, inventory forecasting, and communications.
• Improve purchasing and billing processes for company-owned restaurants, implementation projects, IT construction, and the Field Tech program.
• Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams to deliver parts, materials, contracts, and project requirements on schedule.
• Lead direct reports using hirify.global career development framework and support role mastery and professional development.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience building IT vendor management processes and managing complex IT contracts.
• Postsecondary education in business management, legal studies, accounting, or computer science, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate with IT and business leaders, understand requirements and value measurements, and sustain discussions on complex initiatives.
• Understanding of vendor organizations, decision-making processes, market challenges, contract and pricing models, service delivery, performance management, and innovation.
• Ability to align internal customer and vendor goals and strategies around shared objectives.
• Previous quick-service restaurant experience and franchisee partnership experience are preferred.
