Supply Chain Manager (Robotics)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Manage procurement processes, source and evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Drive daily actions to clear material shortages, expedite supplier deliveries, and protect integration and build schedules.
• Manage purchase orders through delivery and payment while monitoring on-time delivery records.
• Maintain supplier relationships and hold vendors accountable for schedule and execution.
• Manage inventory levels and collaborate with Engineering and other cross-functional teams on production needs.
• Reduce total cost, lead time, and supply-chain risk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, or related experience.
• Strong procurement, vendor-management, negotiation, and inventory-control skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and procurement software.
• Clear written and verbal communication, reliable follow-through, and sound escalation judgment.
• Ability to build structure and processes while executing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer, mobility, or medical-device industries.
• Experience reducing purchase-price variance without increasing risk.
• Advanced spreadsheet and cost-modeling skills.
• Experience building a motor or mechanical supply chain.
