What you will do

• Design and direct onboarding strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans for assigned clients.
• Lead client success meetings, establish agendas, and drive accountability for project outcomes.
• Execute the setup of employee benefit programs with carriers, vendors, and HRIS platforms.
• Ensure accurate carrier submissions, plan setup, and enrollment readiness.
• Establish controls to maintain data integrity and operational compliance prior to client launch.
• Manage the transition of onboarded clients to long-term account management teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits brokerage, administration, or implementation.
• Proven track record leading client onboarding or complex implementation projects.
• Expertise in benefits administration, eligibility rules, and platform configuration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
