Salary: $72,000-95,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead customers through structured onboarding focused on time-to-value and key milestones.
• Facilitate kickoff calls, enablement sessions, and launch discussions for platform adoption.
• Guide core platform setup including license distribution, permissions, and engagement strategies.
• Deliver training sessions for admins, managers, and learners on platform functionality.
• Assist in crafting and implementing launch plans to drive initial engagement.
• Track progress, ensure participation, and collaborate with sales, customer success, and support teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years customer onboarding, implementation, or engagement in SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in customer training, enablement, or instructional delivery
• Strong project coordination, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage 15+ projects concurrently
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and learning technology
