Location: Must be based in the US (Remote)

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end rollouts of AI solutions, including training and workflow adaptation.
  • Engage with executive-level client stakeholders to establish success criteria and demonstrate ongoing value.
  • Assess client strategies and recommend configuration changes to improve outcomes in fraud detection and underwriting.
  • Provide regular performance updates and business reviews focused on adoption trends and impact.
  • Drive client retention and growth by proactively understanding goals and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to communicate feedback and prioritized insights to internal leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance fraud detection.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams or projects.
  • Proven experience leading client meetings with senior leadership and VPs.
  • Strong ability to analyze raw data and KPIs to extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the P&C insurance industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing accounts at a SaaS company.
  • Experience leading end-to-end software implementations in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience partnering closely with Delivery and Data Science teams.
