What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Rental Team, handling inbound calls and emails professionally.
• Provide accurate guidance to insured individuals and agents regarding policy details and coverage.
• Analyze and process policy changes and endorsement requests in alignment with underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute binders, ID cards, and certificates for bind requests.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records to ensure industry and company compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Teams, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
