Customer Account Associate (Commercial Insurance)

Salary: $49,000–$55,000 annual

What you will do

• Serve as a primary contact for the Rental Team through inbound calls and email.
• Respond to insured individuals and agents about policy details, coverage, procedures, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records in line with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze and process endorsement requests and policy changes according to underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute binders, ID cards, and certificates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of insurance industry experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field; additional insurance experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask, exercise independent judgment, and take appropriate action in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
