Salary: $113,000 - $188,000

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic member accounts, including adoption, advocacy, and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand technology and consulting service usage.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite and functional stakeholders within large healthcare delivery systems.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to customers.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams including sales, product, and technical services to ensure member success.
- Validate and document ROI for each account to support renewal goals and business retention.
Requirements
- 7+ years of applicable professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts with multiple products and services.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry challenges and clinical/financial technology.
- Ability to travel 21-40% within the US.
- Excellent executive-level presentation and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or PMP certification.
- Experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athena.
- Background in healthcare consulting or SaaS environments.
