What you will do

• Define the long-term strategy and vision for the AI Agent product line, leveraging customer research and new technologies.
• Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap, and prioritization.
• Define and own business metrics and OKRs for AI-driven products.
• Translate complex business processes into technical requirements while managing delivery and operations.
• Collaborate with UX and Development teams to build products that meet market needs and expected outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives for scrum teams to reach defined outcomes for sprints and releases.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience working in global software product companies.
• 10+ years of core product management experience building internet software products.
• 3+ years of experience managing AI/ML/NLP or Agentic AI products.
• Proven expertise with AI Agents, AI Assistants, and AI Copilots.
• Experience managing AI models through the complete lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA for hybrid work (3x/week onsite).

Nice to have

• SaaS product experience.
• Past experience as a data scientist.
• Experience managing employee experience products such as ITSM, HCM, or HRMS.
• MBA degree.
