What you will do

• Manage daily culinary operations across multiple dining outlets and banquet facilities.
• Develop and execute creative menus while maintaining contribution margins.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and kitchen ware management.
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent recipe and plate presentation standards.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, including forecasting and labor cost control.
• Foster a positive, respectful team culture and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years as an Executive Chef or five years as a Sous Chef.
• Proven experience leading high-volume culinary operations.
• Strong financial acumen regarding budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to maintain poise under pressure and provide superior client service.
• Bilingual English-Spanish communication skills are considered a plus.
