TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain photo quality frameworks, style guides, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage a national network of freelance photographers, including conducting on-site shoots and providing coaching.
  • Lead and develop a team of Photo Curation Specialists, setting priorities and ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to transition manual work into self-service tools and automated integrations.
  • Track and analyze photo coverage metrics using BI tools to drive prioritization.
  • Advocate for photo quality standards across sales, product, and partner relationship teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional food or product photography experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience leading a team with a track record of direct feedback and performance management.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Monday.com, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for team events and photoshoots.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
