What you will do
- Supervise onsite teams across rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B to ensure standards are met.
- Drive operating profit per unit by managing cost controls and partnering with the Commercial team on revenue growth.
- Monitor guest feedback across all channels and eliminate recurring issues.
- Lead service excellence and operational excellence within a hospitality-centered operating model.
- Communicate with partners and guests to resolve issues and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Define and evaluate activities of indirect stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors/third parties.
Requirements
- Location requirement: must live within driving distance of assigned property(ies).
- 2+ years of hotel management experience; proficiency with property management systems and core hospitality software.
- Proven ability to improve guest experience scores (GSS, NPS, or brand-specific metrics).
- Strong revenue mindset: identify, prioritize, and secure business partnerships to expand revenue streams.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and operational data to make informed recommendations and changes.
- Comfort hiring, developing, and separating from employees who do not meet the bar.
