What you will do

• Supervise onsite teams across rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B to ensure hirify.global standards are met.
• Drive operating profit per unit by managing cost controls and partnering with the Commercial team on revenue growth.
• Monitor guest feedback across all channels and eliminate recurring issues.
• Lead service excellence and operational excellence within a hospitality-centered operating model.
• Communicate with partners and guests to resolve issues and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Define and evaluate activities of indirect stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors/third parties.

Requirements

• Location requirement: must live within driving distance of assigned property(ies).
• 2+ years of hotel management experience; proficiency with property management systems and core hospitality software.
• Proven ability to improve guest experience scores (GSS, NPS, or brand-specific metrics).
• Strong revenue mindset: identify, prioritize, and secure business partnerships to expand revenue streams.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and operational data to make informed recommendations and changes.
• Comfort hiring, developing, and separating from employees who do not meet the bar.
