Salary: $119,323 - $202,850

What you will do
- Drive growth and sales with utility clients and transmission developers.
- Build and nurture client relationships while preparing winning proposals.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in delivering technical field studies and regulatory permitting tasks.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical delivery.
- Provide senior-level expertise on federal and state environmental laws including CWA, ESA, and NEPA.
- Mentor, train, and guide junior and mid-level staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy, Science, Biology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in winning and managing environmental services for transmission projects.
- Understanding of transmission line siting, routing, and PUC application processes.
- Must be based in Texas or nearby states with ability to travel to project sites.
Nice to have
- Experience providing expert witness testimony before the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
- Experience with state PUCs/PSCs outside of Texas.
