Salary: $70,100 – $105,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of global WHS programs and safety initiatives at the site level.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site audits to ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Analyze safety data and incident trends to develop actionable insights and preventive measures.
• Partner with operations leadership to integrate safety into daily business operations.
• Manage the site's first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of internal hirify.global experience.
• 3+ years of experience in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing or production.
• 3+ years of experience in people and performance management.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking for up to 12 hours.
• Must obtain adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date.

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.
