Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year

What you will do
- Own delivery, installation, and lifecycle service execution within assigned verticals, ensuring on-time delivery, SLA compliance, target costs, and scaling delivery capacity.
- Oversee planning, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality for installations and maintenance activities, including first-time-right execution.
- Serve as the operational counterpart to Sales and Implementation by confirming feasibility of commitments, identifying risks, and converting them into executable operational plans.
- Lead Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators to achieve ~80% utilization and build productive capacity planning.
- Manage installation partners and contractors by monitoring vendor performance on cost, quality, and execution.
- Drive KPI/OKR achievement (on-time delivery, first-time fix rates, and target cost per install) using proactive corrective actions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
- Experience managing distributed Field Service Engineers or technical field teams.
- Experience in automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or a similar operational environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations.
- Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting; strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
- Experience managing third-party vendors/contractors and proficiency with ERP/CRM/FSM systems; strong analytical, communication, and escalation management skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications.
- Travel to on-site locations based on business flow.
