Engagement Manager (North America), AI Capability Center

Location: Chicago, United States; remote work indicated by the posting

Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 USD annually. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation, is $166,750–$218,750 USD annually.

What you will do

• Gather, document, and maintain clear requirements for North American delivery pods.
• Define and maintain the Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and acceptance criteria.
• Run planning sessions, standups, reviews, and retrospectives on a four-week cycle.
• Manage risks, remove blockers, and keep the pod on schedule.
• Own the day-to-day business relationship for pod engagements.
• Report delivered value and progress to executives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, delivery, or agile project management, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong Scrum knowledge and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication skills and credibility with executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Consulting delivery experience.
• Experience with AI or software builds.
• Healthcare or higher education experience.
• CSM, PSM, PMP, CBAP, BABOK, or SAFe certification.
