Engagement Manager - U.S. (HR Tech)

Location: Remote for candidates in Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and in or around Austin, Texas; up to 30% travel required for in-person client meetings.

Salary: $85,000–$102,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage simultaneous customer implementation projects from kick-off through closure using hirify.global's implementation methodologies.
• Develop solution charters, project scopes, success plans, schedules, weekly updates, and project performance guidelines.
• Manage statements of work, contracts, scope changes, resources, project budgets, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Lead customer and internal reporting, progress reviews, financial tracking, and day-to-day implementation relationships.
• Coordinate project teams and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions Delivery, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality deployments.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and improve delivery methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in project or program management, software implementation, or business analysis.
• Experience with project management methodologies and/or software development lifecycles.
• Experience delivering complex software product implementations for enterprise or high-profile customers.
• Strong technical and business communication, presentation, organizational, and transformation leadership skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, multiple projects, customer relationships, risks, and delivery teams.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the listed U.S. states or the Austin, Texas area; hirify.global cannot sponsor work visas for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise HR technology, Talent technology, SaaS, or similar software industries.
• Experience coaching or developing junior colleagues.
• Experience identifying new solutions that create long-term customer and business value.
