What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of Patient Support Specialists to ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Review and analyze performance data to meet and exceed structured team targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational improvements and productivity.
  • Manage queues, backlogs, and workflows to optimize team performance.
  • Identify process improvements based on customer insights to enhance the overall experience.
  • Resolve complex and ambiguous escalations using business expertise and discretion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, call centers, healthcare, or pharmacy.
  • Strong ability to provide critical, on-time feedback and coaching.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data for independent decision-making and problem-solving.
