What you will do

  • Field and resolve overnight questions and support requests from patients and partners.
  • Triage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and SMS according to organizational benchmarks.
  • Assist Field Support and Sprinters with real-time scheduling changes.
  • Perform clerical work to ensure high-quality care delivery in the home.
  • Escalate complex patient concerns to relevant internal teams.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and cross-departmental training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in patient or patient service within the healthcare industry.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
  • Experience coordinating with national labs such as Quest or Labcorp.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Experience working with Zendesk.
