What you will do

• Audit user accounts and system-level permissions to ensure security compliance.
• Conduct physical and digital inventory of hardware, including servers and networking gear.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile IT records with financial asset logs.
• Apply physical asset tags to equipment and update the tracking database.
• Provide ad-hoc help desk support to staff during the project duration.
• Assist with basic server administration tasks to support cleanup efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role.
• Familiarity with Active Directory for account and permission reviews.
• Basic knowledge of Server Administration.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to move around an office environment and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication skills for reporting project milestones.
