What you will do

• Consult with global strategic clients to architect solutions that deliver maximum business value.
• Articulate complex product functionality and cloud architecture to stakeholders.
• Identify and document potential deployment risks while building mitigation plans.
• Write accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) encompassing requirements, deliverables, and pricing.
• Lead complex deployments from project kickoff through to go-live and training.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on identified product gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 8+ years of experience in SaaS professional services or consulting
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise, global SaaS projects
• Expertise in web services including REST, SOAP, and WSDL
• Strong background in CCaaS provider solutions, Salesforce, and CRM platforms
• Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
