What you will do

• Design and deliver solution architectures integrating the platform into customer IT landscapes across infrastructure, data, and security.
• Build, test, and document field integrations with ecosystem technologies to improve delivery consistency.
• Partner with sales-engineering teams on scoping, custom demos, and proofs of concept for complex enterprise use cases.
• Create reference architectures, integration templates, and runbooks for the broader solutions team.
• Translate field requirements and feature requests into actionable input for Product and Engineering teams.
• Continuously apply new skills across cloud, Kubernetes, and AI/ML tooling to customer solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional technical experience, including 1+ year in a client-facing consulting or solutions role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in complex, regulated enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong Linux fundamentals and experience with APIs, identity providers (SAML/OIDC), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Programming proficiency in Python and/or R.

Nice to have

• Hands-on AI/ML or data platform experience.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, or Dask.
• Bash and Terraform scripting skills.
