What you will do

• Manage extensive calendars for two SVPs and one VP, coordinating with internal teams, external clients, and senior executives.
• Schedule business meetings and handle agendas, pre-reads, meeting minutes, and action follow-up.
• Book complex travel and hotels, ensuring appropriate visas are obtained and preparing detailed itineraries.
• Assist with creation of presentation materials.
• Coordinate with global teams and work closely with other PAs and TAs across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership.
• Intermediate to advanced GSuite and presentation design skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar/spelling, drafting, and proofreading ability.
• Experience working in an international environment, coordinating across countries, time zones, and cultures.
• Curiosity and experience using AI to drive efficiency and streamline workflows.
