Corporate Responsibility Specialist (ESG/Data): Supporting the development and execution of corporate responsibility processes and reporting with an accent on data accuracy, system management, and stakeholder communication. Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

What you will do

• Manage and optimize PTI reporting systems including Benevity, NASDAQ Metrio, and Workday.
• Build and iterate performance dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Own the RFP response workflow, creating data-backed content and implementing AI-enabled efficiencies.
• Coordinate the publication of corporate responsibility reports, including annual Impact and climate reports.
• Support external and internal audits by ensuring data traceability and clear documentation.
• Monitor and engage with responsible business raters and rankers to track company positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or operations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and visualization.
• AI-literate with the ability to use tools for drafting, analysis, and automation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing priorities.
