People Business Partner: Serving as a strategic partner to leadership to link business strategy to talent outcomes with an accent on organizational design, performance management, and workforce strategy. Focus on driving organizational health, managing complex employee relations, and leveraging generative AI to streamline HR processes.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Birmingham, AL, Minneapolis, MN, or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid role with in-office requirements).

Salary: $75,200 - $140,000

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to evolve roles and cultivate digital and AI fluency.
• Manage complex employee relations and implement cyclical HR processes.
• Interpret organizational health data and benchmarks to influence business decisions.
• Act as a trusted confidant to leaders, guiding them through structural shifts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a human resources role partnering with senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of improving work relationships and productivity.
• Working knowledge of organizational design, employee and labor relations, and employment laws.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret organizational health data.
• Experience leveraging emerging HR technologies and generative AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
