Location: Must be based in or able to work from Largo, FL (On-site position)

Compensation: $20/hour base + uncapped commission (OTE: $60,000–$120,000)

What you will do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and engage with prospective business owners.
• Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Recommend and present tailored accounting and tax solutions to clients.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services using a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate client interactions and data within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role.
• Must be able to work on-site in Largo, FL.
• Prior experience in a phone-based, high-volume sales environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.
