What you will do

• Execute outbound calls to healthcare providers and medical offices using provided databases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to iterate on and improve call scripts.
• Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of call notes and follow-ups in Salesforce.
• Transfer qualified accounts to the Sales Manager.
• Meet consistent daily and weekly call and lead qualification targets.

Requirements

• Strong English proficiency with a professional American accent is required.
• Must be located in a developing country in Asia or Latin America.
• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or healthcare outreach.
• Proficiency in using Excel and Salesforce.
• Ability to maintain a quiet work environment with a reliable internet connection.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
