• Direct and optimize daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Forecast and manage labor, space, and equipment requirements to maintain optimal throughput.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and slotting efficiency.
• Monitor and elevate operational KPIs such as dock-to-stock time, order fill rate, and cost per unit.
• Mentor and develop a large, multi-shift team of supervisors and associates.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.

Требования

• 4+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Proven track record of managing both inbound and outbound operations concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in labor management systems (LMS) and real-time staffing adjustments.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to navigate peak season surges and supply chain disruptions with decisive action.
