Operations Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Direct and optimise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, cross-docking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Forecast and manage labour, space, and equipment capacity to maintain throughput and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Maintain inventory control and accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and improve slotting efficiency through cycle counting.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as Dock-to-Stock time, Order Fill Rate, picking and packing accuracy, and Cost Per Unit.
• Lead and develop a large multi-shift team of supervisors, leads, and associates.
• Drive safety compliance and continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, layout optimisation, and warehouse technology integration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume distribution centre or warehouse.
• Experience managing both high-volume inbound and outbound operations concurrently.
• Strong data literacy and analytical skills, including experience with warehouse metrics, labour management systems, and real-time staffing adjustments.
• Change- and crisis-management experience covering peak-season surges, system transitions, and supply-chain disruptions.
• Strategic communication and interpersonal skills for aligning frontline workers with executive leadership.
• Fluency in English and Polish, written and spoken, is required.
