Supply Chain Network Planner TPP

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office

What you will do

• Develop and execute mid- to long-term supply plans for third-party products, translating demand forecasts into supply signals.
• Manage procurement planning, purchasing, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and inventory for a third-party product portfolio.
• Monitor supplier capacity, material availability, production readiness, delivery performance, and supply continuity.
• Maintain planning parameters such as reorder points, safety stock, order frequency, and lead times.
• Participate in SIOP and supplier performance meetings, coordinating risk mitigation with internal functions and external suppliers.
• Analyze inventory, supply chain KPIs, scenarios, and potential disruptions while supporting process standardization and automation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of supply planning, production planning, replenishment strategies, and inventory optimization.
• Experience with ERP or APS systems such as SAP, JDE, or RapidResponse.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or inventory management, ideally in a global or multi-site environment.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Warsaw, with 2 days per week in the office.
