Logistics Sourcing Analyst - Trade Compliance (m/f/x)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; on-site working model with at least four days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support sourcing activities for customs clearance, customs brokerage, trade compliance, import/export support, and related logistics services.
• Assist with RFx processes, supplier evaluation, bid analysis, pricing comparisons, and award recommendations.
• Maintain sourcing documentation, supplier records, rate files, compliance documentation, and audit-support materials.
• Track supplier performance, service levels, costs, risks, contracts, renewals, and corrective actions.
• Analyze customs brokerage spend, trade compliance service costs, supplier capabilities, and regional service coverage.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, trade compliance, finance, legal, and regional operations stakeholders on global sourcing tools, processes, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in logistics sourcing, procurement, supply chain, trade compliance support, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or a related area.
• Experience with sourcing events, supplier analysis, RFx activities, rate management, or contract documentation.
• Understanding of logistics operations, international trade flows, customs clearance, or import/export support.
• Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, data consolidation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in English and availability to work on-site in Wrocław at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with customs brokerage, customs clearance, trade compliance, or international freight sourcing.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation, customs broker operations, and logistics compliance requirements.
• Experience with sourcing platforms, procurement systems, supplier performance tools, TMS, ERP, or logistics reporting systems.
• Knowledge of supplier performance management, service-level agreements, KPIs, and contract administration.
• CPSM, CIPS, CSCMP, or a similar professional certification.
