EMEA Logistics Sourcing Analyst (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Develop standardized RFP documentation and manage analytical aspects of RFx processes for EMEA ground transportation and logistics services.
• Build RFPs and sourcing scenarios using platforms such as Keelvar, Jagger, Coupa, Trimble, and GEP.
• Provide market intelligence, financial analysis, and supplier insights to support sourcing strategies and negotiations.
• Develop supplier KPI systems and BI reports covering spend, pricing trends, and market intelligence.
• Validate cost-versus-market trends and support operational planning across EMEA countries.
• Ensure compliance with corporate sourcing policies, procedures, ethics, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in transportation, logistics sourcing, or procurement.
• Experience with business and data analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, advanced Excel, or Access.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Analytical, problem-solving, reporting, benchmarking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of RFx processes and logistics or procurement systems such as TMS, ERP, SAP, Blue Yonder, Oracle, AS400, Ship Angel, or Infor Nexus is useful.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five years of sourcing experience.
• Experience with warehousing, distribution centers, 3PL, or 4PL services.
• Program management experience and familiarity with RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes.
