TL;DR
Logistics Sourcing Analyst - Global Air (m/f/x) (Air Freight Sourcing): Analyzing global air freight bids, spot approvals, rates, market benchmarks, and sourcing documentation with an accent on data consolidation, provider proposals, and transportation reporting. Focus on building RFQ scenarios, maintaining approval and rate files, evaluating freight lanes, and improving sourcing visibility across global and regional stakeholders.

Location: Wrocław, Poland; on-site working model with at least four days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Lead global air freight RFQ analysis, including large-scale data compilation, RFx platform updates, provider Q&A, and scenario development for bid strategies.
  • Support global and regional air freight spot approval decisions through Ship Angel, the GAF tool, and executive review workflows.
  • Maintain weekly spot approval files, upload air freight rates, process provider proposals, and support recurring impact analysis.
  • Review shipment activity to identify the need for new contract rates or OFA actions and support rate compliance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly logistics reporting and quarterly air freight market and transportation benchmark updates for leadership.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, Freight Control teams, and regional stakeholders on documentation, data accuracy, and process consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before the start date.
  • At least three years of experience in logistics sourcing, air freight, transportation, supply chain, procurement, freight forwarding, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and the ability to provide a CV in English.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, data consolidation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring weekly and monthly deliverables.

Nice to have

  • Experience with air freight sourcing, spot quotes, rate management, or transportation procurement.
  • Familiarity with AS400, Keelvar, Jagger, Coupa, Ship Angel, Infor Nexus, freight approval tools, TMS, ERP, SAP, Blue Yonder, or Oracle.
