What you will do
- Lead the execution of the Americas strategic partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities based on industry trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to support strategic and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to integrate partnerships into go-to-market plans.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives and track partnership performance metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key partners and champion their voice within the organization.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic marketing.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation capabilities.
- Experience translating partner capabilities into actionable go-to-market opportunities.
- Ability to operate independently in a senior regional role.
- Must be based in New York to support the hybrid office requirement.
