Salary: $181,800 - $251,160 USD plus annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead the execution of the Americas strategic partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities based on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to support strategic and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to integrate partnerships into go-to-market plans.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives and track partnership performance metrics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key partners and champion their voice within the organization.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic marketing.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strong commercial judgment and negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience translating partner capabilities into actionable go-to-market opportunities.
  • Ability to operate independently in a senior regional role.
  • Must be based in New York to support the hybrid office requirement.
