What you will do
- Develop comprehensive campaign and brand plans, including messaging, style, and content architecture.
- Conduct creative discovery through research of UK market trends and user behavior.
- Translate strategic concepts into actionable digital assets, including video ads and short-form scripts.
- Own production workflows for high-volume performance content.
- Analyze performance data like CTR and CPA to iterate and optimize creative assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with the UK brand voice while maintaining high creative standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- 4–6 years of experience in a hands-on creative strategy role within B2C brands or agencies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven digital video and mobile-first content.
- Expertise in production workflows including scripting, storyboarding, and editing.
- Proven ability to use campaign metrics to scale creative concepts.
- Proficiency with design and video production software.
