What you will do

• Process HR service cases and resolve employee queries efficiently.
• Maintain and update HR data across benefits, pensions, insurance, and time management systems.
• Manage document administration and perform invoice reconciliations.
• Support system change requests, testing, and regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with global and local HR standards and process documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, country teams, and external stakeholders to support payroll controls and year-end activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR outsourcing.
• Knowledge of HR processes including time management, benefits, and document administration.
• Strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with SLAs and managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and the local language required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll.
• Relevant payroll certifications such as PHR or CIPD.
