What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities in collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee employment documentation, contract administration, and employee status changes.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, internal promotions, and organizational transfers.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and maintain records for audits.
  • Administer leave programs and support work visa and employment permit requirements for foreign nationals.
  • Verify payroll inputs and prepare mandatory government and workforce metrics reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment practices.
  • Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and benefits administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
