What you will do

• Coordinate monthly payroll preparation by collecting and delivering accurate employee data to external accounting partners.
• Manage and monitor employee benefits programs, including fuel cards, meal tickets, and medical insurance.
• Own the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support the talent acquisition team with recruitment coordination, scheduling, and screening.
• Lead employer branding activities and internal initiatives such as corporate events and recognition awards.
• Maintain and audit HR systems (Workable) and physical files to ensure 100% data accuracy.

Requirements

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or Junior Compensation & Benefits roles.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for cost allocations and Compensation & Benefits reporting.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable.
